4 days in counting..I'm moving everything out to Denver. Super excited.
But at the same time, bittersweet.
It was hard to say goodbye to everything I've known: church, serving in children's church, crossroads, work, friends, house, omaha, my favorite smoothie place, knowing the best indian food restaurant, haha.
I'm going to miss it! God is so good to provide- new friends, job, etc.
My room is pretty much packed up.
Anyway, I'll put up pictures of the new place once I get settled. :)
God bless,
Rach

Here, before Your altar, I am letting go of all I am, of every motive.
I used to write introductions to stories ALL the time when I was younger.
I had a crazy imagination. It was so much fun. Fiction stories, mostly.
But I never had a knack for writing endings.
Sad that I don't have as much time, or creativity, rather, these days. But, oh, to write something that someone hasn't written about; and to shed new light on the topic. To make someone see it in a new way. That is the key, you see.
That's partly the reason I love poetry so much. (Reading, not writing it) ;)
What is your favorite poem?
I've been reading The Valley of Vision- basically a collection of prayers. I love it. Vanessa and I were discussing it the other evening, and I really like the flow of the prayers.
